Dr. Simon Bang-Ning Liu

Dr. Simon Bang-Ning Liu brings more than three decades of experience in Taiwan’s insurance, risk management, business development, and management consulting sectors. He currently serves as Secretary General and Board Advisor of the International Management Consultants Association in Taipei, where he works to connect Taiwanese enterprises with international investors and public-sector partners.

Dr. Liu spent approximately 30 years with 260 Tien-Cherng Company Ltd., progressing from agency management to Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, he has focused extensively on organizational development, sales leadership, and professional training. He has personally trained more than 250 insurance professionals, contributing to the development of sales and management talent within the industry.

Dr. Liu holds a Master’s degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, a Master’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from National Chengchi University, and a Doctorate in Enterprise Management from Dorcas International University.

With his extensive experience in insurance, risk management, executive leadership, and international business relations, Dr. Liu brings valuable industry knowledge and strategic perspective to the Board.
