CA Pooja Dolakiya

CA Pooja Dolakiya is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Audit. Before joining Zoar HK Limited, she was associated with ITD Cementation India Ltd., where she held a senior position in Internal Audit. As a member of the senior management team, she has played a key role in the preparation of the Company’s annual audit plan, quarterly reviews of risk assessment at the operational and financial levels, and regular assessment of compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.

Ms. Dolakiya’s responsibilities also include safeguarding Company assets through the prevention and detection of unauthorized acquisition or disposition, review of the internal financial control system, and liaising with department heads for the finalization of audit reports. Her core areas of expertise include Risk Management, Process Analysis, Strategic Planning, Estimation and Budgeting, Quality Assurance, and Team Management & Project Coordination.
