Dr. Brijesh Jaiswal

Dr. Jaiswal brings rich and varied experience of over 18 years in managing financial operations across industry sectors in large organizations, including major capital mobilizations, financial structuring and turnarounds, investor relations, joint ventures, and the improvement of systems, reporting processes, and controls in both established and greenfield projects. As a member of the senior management team, he has played a key role in the growth of the organizations with which he has been involved.
A seasoned professional holding a Doctorate in Finance, Dr. Jaiswal began his career with Benzochem Lifesciences Pvt. Limited, where he gained deep insight into the pharmaceutical industry.
Dr. Jaiswal has a demonstrated history of leading the Company’s financial operations, bringing financial discipline and the highest standards of ethics to finance. He works closely with functional leaders across the Company to determine business needs, develop strategies, and align resourcing accordingly, and has a strong track record of process improvement, tactical planning, and cost efficiency that supports measurable operational outcomes. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he is also responsible for accounting, taxation, forecasting, and strategic planning, and oversees management accounting, including policy development, day-to-day financial control, and performance evaluation.
His core areas of expertise include Pricing Strategy, Cost Reduction & Negotiations, Sourcing, Procurement & Contract Management, and Estimation and Budgeting, together with financial oversight of Logistics & Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Material Management in support of the Company’s broader operational goals.
