Uttam Shinde

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Shinde develops and executes the Company’s IT strategy in alignment with its business objectives, driving technological innovation, shaping the digital roadmap, and ensuring the successful execution of technology initiatives across the organization.

His responsibilities include the Company’s systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security, as well as development and management of the IT budget to ensure that infrastructure keeps pace with the Company’s evolving needs.

As a senior technology leader, Mr. Shinde provides strategic direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation, while evaluating emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the Company’s competitive position.
